Appearance:  Just like the normal Allen. He's not the biggest guy, but he's got enough muscle to give someone trouble.  He often gets really pissed off when someone picks on his height.

He's usually seen wearing a suit and tie.  He uses dozens of small thin daggers and has deadly aim with them.

Role: Undercover Secret Agent

History:  Born into a family of both  British and American ethnicity, Allen always had a talent for sneaking around and often got in trouble during school. He'd even sneak out of detention. He was also deceptively intelligent and never failed a course, he could lie his way out of almost anything and no one was ever able to beat him at poker.  Still to this day he hasn't lost a poker game.

During his junior year of High school He was scouted out by the CIA during one of his sneak ins onto the CIA building. He got into a large amount of trouble before hand, but was soon accepted for his skills, intelligence and other abilities.  From then on in he was working with Yuuko Kanda but the two branched off into separate missions, leaving him mostly working alone.
